Question about Zyxel NR7102

I have set up the NR7102 again. Everything works great, but I can no longer access my NAS via DDNS. I have a Ubiquiti UDM Pro with all port forwarding. If I use the existing modem from the cable TV connection, it works without problems, as usual. As soon as I connect the NR7102 it no longer works. I have not found any settings in the Zyxel Air App that could do anything. Does anyone have any ideas or have to solve the problem themselves? Greetings Beat

Helpful answer
This is almost certainly because CGNAT is used in the mobile network. The IP is shared across several mobile devices. Port forwarding is not possible with CGNAT.

You do not get real IP addresses via the gsm network, but only non-public IPs assigned by the network operator.

The only solution is to use a VPN Mesh like tailscale.

Thank you for the answers. I have not read anything about this before. I now have to check how I can solve the problem. I have now also written to the Galaxus Mobile service.

Not all settings are available via the Zyxel Air App. Port forwarding can be set up via the web GUI. I haven't managed it yet, but I'm not giving up.
