I have the soundbar q700b and the rear speakers swa9500s they are connected but there is no sound coming out of the rear speakers.... Can anyone help me?

I have the same system, are the speakers glowing blue? You can still adjust the volume of the speakers, maybe they are on mute, I would run a movie that supports atmos or a demo, so you can check it best.
