I have to reset both adapters every time I use them (press the button until all lamps go out). Pairing (pressing the button between 0.5s and 3s) does nothing. What could be the reason for this?

The trick is as follows: For pairing, only two adapters may be plugged into the sockets, then it works well. So: Plug in A and B, press the button longer on one, then the button on the second. Then remove one device. Plug in the new one (C). Press and hold the button on A or B and then the button on C. Got it?
