Question about Prusa Prusament

I just unpacked the filament and wanted to use it for a print straight away, but the parts are extremely brittle. fine things break directly when a small amount of force is applied. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? I've already played with the temperature and printed more slowly, let it cool down longer, but it's always so brittle at the end

Oh dear, this is really strange. As we don't have any effective user experience with the product, we have forwarded your question to the Community so that it can possibly be answered by another customer. However, if you suspect that there is a problem with the filament, you can of course contact our customer service.

We have not received any similar reports so far, so this could just be a single "lazy" roll. However, if you want to reach more customers with your question, we recommend that you create a discussion about it.
