I just wanted to install the RAM in my Acer Aspire ES1-533-C5J7. According to the manufacturer, it has a maximum of 8GB, but after installing it, the laptop won't start. Black screen. Nothing works anymore. Who can help?

I installed the same thing months ago and it worked perfectly.
Unfortunately, two weeks ago it didn't work anymore.
In the next few days I will install the old RAM to check whether it is due to the new RAM.
