I need to observe two rooms. Is it possible to connect two separate cameras (in two separate rooms) using one single app?

yes, it's possible. I use several cameras to control my mode railroad. It's one app – but You have to select the camera You want to see. I couldn't yet show 2 camera images at the same time – but may be I just didn't get it...
