I operate a NAS with 4 8 TB disks as a RAID5 array. I used these disks at the time: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/wd-red-plus-8tb-35-cmr-festplatte-8766619 One of the disks is now defective and needs to be replaced. Can I use this disk here? I am unsure because of the different RPM and transfer rates. Thanks a lot

Hello
Should work, normally the NAS "regulates" this itself. The lowest RPM wins.
Let us know which NAS and if it worked.
