I ordered this switch, but unfortunately it does not work with the Swisscom TV box, although it is IGMP snooping capable. As soon as I connect the box to the switch, the picture freezes after 5 seconds. Do I really need to buy a "managed switch" and if so, which one works with the Swisscom TV Box? Merci for your answers

I have been using 2 TL-SG105 for more than two years, to each of which a Swisscom TV box (UHD) is connected. Works perfectly. I suspect that the freezing of the picture has nothing to do with the TL-SG105.
What does the complete setup look like (internet router, connection to TL-SG105 (wired/wireless), ...)?
