I received this router from green.ch. It has a problem: the Internet connection drops out irregularly, approximately every 0.5-3 hours. My PC is connected to the router via the 5GHz link. The WLAN connection is not interrupted. However, Internet access is suddenly no longer possible via the normally stable WLAN connection. If you disconnect the WLAN connection and reconnect it immediately, Internet access is possible again. However, the Management Interface of the router at 192.168.1.1 is then no longer accessible until the router is completely restarted by unplugging the power supply. Subjectively, the router's firmware seems to be behaving incorrectly. Am I alone with this problem or are there any hints on how to solve it?
I think the best thing to do in your situation is to call the after-sales service. I had problems with the Sunrise version of this router, mainly because I had a mesh repeater in the network, but I ended up having it changed for another model because there were too many problems.
