Question about Ubiquiti Us-24-250w

I recently decided on the Ubiquiti/Unifi system and unfortunately only bought the US-8-60W with 4 PoE ports. With the possibilities, however, my demands are now increasing and I would like to solve more via PoE. The question now is how many "watts" are necessary in the end. This also raises the question of how good the power management is in the devices. How well is the power consumption adapted/regulated to the actual demand? Can I find any information on this?

First: No end device "sucks" more than it needs for the current operation. PoE Peak must be designed for maximum load anyway. I have 3 APs and 4 cameras and they currently need about 40 watts.
Note that this switch has quite loud fans. I changed mine to quieter fans (you can find them on the net). The new generation (Gen2) is also available fanless... Absolutely silent... I switched and am thrilled.
