I recently purchased the HS2000 soundbar. Unfortunately, I am experiencing the following problem: When I switch off the TV and then switch it on again, the soundbar remains silent. I have already checked all the settings. Standby mode is deactivated and the "Automatic wake-up" function is activated - but it still doesn't work as intended. Can someone please help me and tell me how I can set it up so that the soundbar switches on automatically or does not remain silent when the TV is switched on again? I have not found a solution on the Internet. I'm getting desperate.

The sound bar must be connected to a compatible HDMI e-Arc port otherwise it cannot work directly with the television.
If it is on a normal HDMI port you will need to switch it on and off separately.
