I use this switch together with 3 Unifi Pro access points. I use the router from Quickline. Now I get the following message in the controller 2-3 times a day: "Switch has been disconnected". This also happens in the middle of the night and without me having changed anything on the switch or network. Does anyone know what this could be? merci
This is the current FW. Have you implemented the uplink to the router via a non-PoE port? The APs are connected to the PoE ports? Whereby you may already be reaching a critical area in terms of power? An AP Pro can possibly draw more than 20W, as far as I know. With 3x20 we are already at 60W, which corresponds to the maximum power of the switch. In borderline cases, this could possibly lead to a thermal shutdown! But it's probably enough, because usually the APs don't draw as much as the maximum possible. Otherwise I would check the cables! Everything should be running at 1000Mbit, otherwise this already indicates a fault in the cable! Good luck!
I had that too. The problem is the firmware. They obviously deliver devices with a beta release. If it says 5.x, then you have one of these. The officially released version should be 4.x.
