I want to create a network with 2 Ubiquiti US-8-150W. Can I connect the switches to the SFP port? what do I need?

Yes, it is possible.
Depending on the reason for which the SFP ports are to be used.
If it is a pure connection number problem, you can also use a transceiver RJ45 (UF-RJ45-1G)...

SFP's and a fibre optic patch cable.
The uplink would then be either copper (USG) or fibre optic (USG-PRO-4)...
