Question about FRITZ! Repeater 1200 AX

I wanted to use this repeater to achieve WiFi amplification with a Livebox 5 router (not a Fritzbox). It is exasperating. Neither wps nor manual connection works. Although the display is permanently green (connection!), not the slightest bit of Internet can be received. I follow the setup wizard step by step and it reports setup completed: but then it's dead again! What am I doing wrong?

Thanks bobo1230 for the quick answer. After restarting the repeater I have access with the Ip address and can configure it. After that I only see the wifi of my router (Livebox 5) and can no longer access the repeater. It shows permanent green (connection!) but does not connect to wifi. I have followed the instructions several times (even with Lan bridge)...
