i will only buy this fritzbox when the SFP module for XGS-PON technology is also available in this country, why? this allows a fritzbox to be operated DIRECTLY on the swisscom fibre optic connection. the swisscom router is suspected of making too many calls home. please let me know when the time comes, t.

There will be a 5690 XGS version - unfortunately no release date yet and no Wifi7 (apparently)

Unfortunately, we'll have to wait. AVM has failed to make the built-in chip XGS-PON-capable like the old FritzBox, i.e. even if you buy the AVM SFP adapter, it won't work.

This model is an absolute misconstruction for Switzerland
