I would like to use this projector on the road with my power bank. The projector consumes 53W, my power bank manages 100W.
Unfortunately, the projector does not come with a USB cable but with its own power supply and plug.
I now have two options:
Buy a "USB to 2-pin DC cable" for the power supply or buy a USB to 19V/3A plug directly.
- Is this even possible or does the power supply need 230V to do the conversion?
- What would be the safer/better option?

The following options are available for operation with a power bank:

- Option 1: USB-C to 19V/3A DC cable
Direct connection from the power bank to the projector, without the original power supply unit.
Prerequisite: Your power bank must support PD (Power Delivery) and be able to output 19V/3A.
Advantage: More efficient and compact, no mains adapter required.
Disadvantage: You need a high-quality USB-C to DC cable that has exactly the right plug for the projector.

- Option 2: USB to 2-pin DC cable for the power supply unit
Does not work as the power supply requires 230V AC, which USB cannot supply.
USB only supplies DC voltage, so unsuitable for the original power supply.

The safest and most practical solution is:
- A USB-C to 19V/3A DC cable, directly from the power bank to the projector, without the original power supply.
