I would like to use this transceiver with a UniFi Cloud Gateway Fibre, which has two SFP+ ports. As I don't know much about it, my question is whether I can use this transceiver so that I can use three 10 G ports with Ethernet cable (Cat. 7) or whether I need to use a different one or whether I need to know my way around the virtual settings. I would be grateful for any help.

Yes, these adapters work with the Cloud Gateway Fibre, but ideally with a Cat6a cable (Cat7/7a connectors are slightly different)
