Question about LaCie Rugged Mini

If I have two of these disks, how can I regularly create a backup of the first disk on the second disk? (without me having to manually search out what has changed. Only the changed and new files should be transferred automatically). I want to back up all my data on the disk and still be able to take it with me and travel with it without experiencing total data loss should I ever lose it. I work on different computers (Mac and PC).

Helpful answer

Under Windows, I have often done this with the freeware "Allway Sync". But there are certainly other programmes for this, also for Mac I assume. Just google "Backup Sync Software".

Under OSX: Configure the integrated TimeMachine so that one disk is "backed up" and the other is the target disk.
I also do this when I'm travelling and have 1 spare disk with me in case one of them "dies".
