If I need more POE slots with the same specs of the US-8-150W, what would you recommend? Buy the same unit again, upgrade (which one?) or buy a new larger unit? If so, which?

If possible, use the US-16-150. I wouldn't do two switches. The more switches, the more sources of error you build in.
