As you write, the camera is integrated into the home network. Access via the camera IP in the home network is therefore possible. For access outside the home network, an account is required, which you have certainly set up. Log on to the camera in the home network, then click on "Basic", then select "Cloud Setting" and the following should appear: "The camera has been added to the TP-Link Cloud account".
