I'm in Italy, I activated the sim card before the trip and bought roaming data but the device doesn't work... it says "Please configure roaming via web" what exactly do I have to do?

i assume that the option "roaming" is switched off in the settings. so activate roaming in the settings, then it should work (via app or via internet access to the device).
