depends on what you want to do with it... and how well you want it cooled... but the cheapest models are from 200 to 1900fr. and since you want a 12900 i recommend the 12900K and the asus rog maximus z690 hero board... it's the cheapest one you can overclock with which makes sense if you already take the 12900...
