According to various sources of information, your motherboard has a PCI Express 3.0 and PCI Express 2.0 connector strip
The ARC A380 Challenger ITX OC graphics card supports PCI Express 4.0. Minimum requirement is PCI Express 3.0
When I see the minimum requirement from Intel, I don't think the graphics card will work with your motherboard.
