Since I don't know the board, I can neither deny nor confirm this. I bought it as a replacement for a defective RTX 2060. This card is smaller - so it should fit in most cases, as the RTX is much bulkier and fits everywhere. It also has a real advantage over the other cards: this card is incredibly quiet in normal operation. As it uses significantly less power in watts at the same speed and therefore has less heat loss, the fan hardly turns at all, and usually doesn't even turn at all. I've saved €10 a month on electricity since switching. But please compare the graphics performance with the other cards on the Internet. This card is very good in its price segment and older, less graphics-intensive titles run great. I only play WoW and a few real-time strategy games and it's really great for that. But there are also "bigger" versions of the Arc. I can definitely recommend Galaxus as a mail order company. The products are put into the parcel with love - you have long return periods (I think 100 days - but please check for yourself). The ladies on the phone are incredibly nice (absolute marriage potential!) Try it out - and let me know if your expectations have been met. But as I said, please compare whether this card delivers the graphics performance you need. Don't think that your expectations are too high and you'll be sad if it doesn't fulfil them.

According to various sources of information, your motherboard has a PCI Express 3.0 and PCI Express 2.0 connector strip
The ARC A380 Challenger ITX OC graphics card supports PCI Express 4.0. Minimum requirement is PCI Express 3.0

When I see the minimum requirement from Intel, I don't think the graphics card will work with your motherboard.
