I'm toying with the idea of buying an A1 Mini like this, but I've read that Bambu Lab is planning a firmware update that interposes a piece of software. The downside, difficulties that device directly via WLAN with other software. The uneasy feeling that the Chinese state is behind this or that the company is enriching itself at the expense of the customer by simply changing or restricting the intended use. The "excuse" that it's about security is on shaky ground, in my opinion (hence the Chinese state ;-) ). Can you still recommend the device or are there alternatives? The Creality Ender V3 seems a bit old-fashioned compared to the A1 mini. For the reasons mentioned, I will probably (unfortunately) do without Bambu Lab's 3D printer if it stays that way and look around for alternatives. Any recommendations?
