In the specifications, it is noted that two models do not use the same type of memory, is this normal? - 990 pro 2000GB uses TLC memory - 990 pro 4000GB uses MLC memory?

The best thing to do is to check with the manufacturer, but given that one stores 2 bits per cell and the other 3, it makes sense that the 4Tb model uses MLC.
