Initial situation: This is a detached house with three floors. The electrical installation is also divided into several circuits per floor. Accordingly, there are numerous circuit breakers (fuses) in the fuse box. Question: Is a reliable connection possible if the router and the end device are not on the same circuit, but their cables only come together in the fuse box?

Helpful answer
I was able to do some research and according to the manufacturer's instructions for the powerline products (DLAN), the individual adapters must be in the same circuit. In such a case, I would rather recommend a wireless variant such as Mesh: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-zenwifi-bd4-3er-set-router-49082106

or the classic variant with a LAN cable and a network switch and access points to distribute the network to the different floors.
