Question about ASUS PER WS X570-ACE
Is a 1000 watt power supply enough for this motherboard or would 1200 watts be recommended, especially with a more powerful GPU like the 2080ti?

It is not possible to answer this question because the mainboard is a rather small consumer of the entire system. You would have to know the CPU, graphics card, etc..
