Is a thermal compound included? On the manufacturer's website it says: "The all-round high-quality package of the NH-D15S is completed by the proven SecuFirm2™ professional mounting system, Noctua's renowned NT-H1 thermal compound and a 6-year manufacturer's warranty". And is the LGA 1700 bracket included in the meantime? (Last negative answer was from January 2022.)

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the bracket. It can possibly be ordered directly from Noctua.
