Is it able to manage multiple wallets of the same crypto? For example I install the wallet management software for eth, then the software on the ledger nano is able to distinguish different wallets within the same software for eth?

After installing the cryptocurrency application, you can create as many accounts as you want. You can even name them differently. Ledger Live will help you manage them.
