so with a 9700x, i can't say, but i currently have it in combination with a 5800x and have the following values:

- Apex Legends (1440P Max Settings) approx. 250fps average
- Red Dead Redemption 2 (1440P Max Settings) approx. 85-90fps and with frame generation around 200
- Minecraft with 512x Resource Pack and BSL Shader (32 chunks, sodium + modpack) around 200 fps

so everything is fine

This is impossible to answer, as the game, monitor size/resolution etc. all play a role.
Google for benchmarks. You're sure to find a setting with a Ryzen CPU.
