The majority of graphics cards have a hissing noise from the coils as the workload increases,
On the other hand, I had read several times that the asus tuf rtx 5070ti made very little noise under full load.

I don't think it's normal, would return it immediately, if less than 15 days since purchase it will be replaced without sending it in.

I don't think that's normal, mine doesn't whistle.
