Digitec is an official reseller. So no problem. LG

As long as the packaging is unopened, digitec should be trustworthy. Anyway, you have to "set up" your Ledger for the first time, write down the seed etc. - Everything is available on the manufacturer's website & Youtube (also in German) in a simple and understandable way.
