is it possible that the Corsair VS650 power supply does not work with the board? I have already changed the power supply and the board, but nothing works.....

does nothing light up on the mainboard ? have you plugged in the 12 volt socket at the top left of the mainboard ?

Should basically work... Have you already tried testing the components individually? Talk to the board with another power supply that you know works.
