Is it possible to remove the heatsink? Or do I just have to leave the heatsink off the mobo?
Yes, it works without problems. The holder plate has 4 click fasteners on the sides. I also had to do this with the AsRock B550M Pro4. It only fits under the graphics card with the heatsink from the mainboard...
