I use the controller under Windows 10 Professional. It works for me in RAID6 (so RAID5 should not be a problem). The Megaraid Storage Manager is Java-based. But it works without any problems.
Since it is an enterprise controller, the Storage Manager is designed to have more than one controller on the network, so you have to select the appropriate controller (if it is local, you should only see one) and log in as admin (same account as on the local PC). After that you have full access in the application and can create volumes, etc. Even firmware upgrades work flawlessly. I just did it last week.

The data sheet only lists Windows Server 2012 / Windows 8, but it runs without any problems under Windows 10. In my case in RAID 0.

The software is called: AVAGO MegaRAID Storage Manager and runs on Windows Server 2016 (i.e. Windows 10 should also be no problem) as a client... looks like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch (old version)
I don't know if it has a web interface, but I'm wondering why you would want a web interface at all? Remote RAID management? :)
