While the XGIMI AURA 2's integrated speakers can provide an immersive audio experience, they are designed primarily as part of the internal 2.0-channel sound system with Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD.

It is possible to route the projector's audio output signal to external speakers to create a more comprehensive surround sound system. The AURA 2 has various audio outputs, including HDMI with eARC support, optical output and Bluetooth 5.2, which make it possible to connect external speakers or a home cinema system.

You can therefore use the integrated speakers as centre speakers and also connect rear speakers via the available audio outputs to create a complete surround sound setup.
