Is the 50m cable Cat 7 or is it Cat 6? And are the strands suitable for a socket (female) for crimping ?

It is a Cat7 (I bought the 100 metre version). It is a cable for laying in a cable duct or empty conduit. It is not suitable as a patch cable. I have connected it here:
LogiLink NP0016A (Patch Panel)
Goobay CAT 6a universal socket incl. surface mounting frame (network accessories)

I think it's already Cat. 7, which is probably why it's quite thick and rigid.
Crimping a socket (outlet) works, but not an RJ-45 plug.
