Is the bass clean and is there any hum at low volume? Is there any hum from the surround speakers as I read on a forum that some users had a problem with the subwoofer and surround speakers.

Here is the answer from our responsible department: We have not noticed any similar problem with this product. The customer should feel confident and free to order the product and if a similar problem occurs, we will do our best to resolve the case.

So normally yes the bass is clean and no there is no hum.
