I bought it a week ago and the bios was up to date for my Ryzen 5600G.
It's a good idea to upgrade without a processor or ram.

As I said in a comment, the bios can be updated without a processor on this motherboard. You have to put it on a USB stick, connect it to a port and press a button (the procedure is described online). So even if you don't have the correct bios from the factory, you can update it.
