We also bought the cable for the Salt-Box and it does not fit.... We bought the matching cable (LC APC / SC APC connector,simplex,white item no.: 4260084411987) from Kabelhaus.com.

LC/APC is the most common connection type for FTTH in Switzerland. So if you have an identical connector at both ends of your existing fibre optic cable and it also looks like the one on the following Salt website https://fiber.salt.ch/de...
then this cable is suitable.
In any case, it works perfectly on our Cisco router and Sunrise/EWZ connection.
