Is the height of the legs adjustable? If I understand the graphic with the dimensions correctly, the bottom edge of the TV is about 78 cm above the floor, which would be too high for my application.

The lower edge of the TV will depend on the size of the mounted TV.
However, the TV can be swivelled.
