Yes, you need a conversion kit for this, but I have not yet found this directly at Digitec.

and the NH-L9i (up to 95w) is slightly better than the NH-L9a (up to 65w) if you go by the TDP. (No experience, just read the specifications from Noctua).

The included Wraith AMD cooler often fits into small cases.

For AMD, NH-L9a would be suitable.
