Is the LongRange version of any use in Switzerland (limited radiation values) or can I just take the lite version?

The Long Range version has 4x4 antennas and the Lite version only 2x2, which means that the Long Range AP can serve more devices simultaneously and has twice as many antennas, which is why the Long Range is also significantly larger. The radiation protection values do not restrict this (see also OFCOM https://www.bakom.admin.ch/dam...). What can be restrictive, depending on where you live, are technical radio networks for aircraft etc., as soon as your WLAN "sees" such a network, it has to switch to a low flame. However, this is a global restriction and not specific to Switzerland.

When buying WLAN access points, I recommend always looking at the specifications of the MU-MIMO antennas and preferring the models with 4x4 or 3x3. The 2x2 models are only suitable for rooms with very few clients.
