Is the XF18-135 available again? According to information here it is and it takes about 10-12 days. But is that really true?

I've been waiting for the part for almost exactly 3 months now. Every time the announced delivery date approaches, it is pushed back again by 2 weeks. Which leads me to believe that it's not a person calling Fujifilm who is behind this, but simply a simple (and cheap?) algorithm
