The 2500 series from HP is a somewhat more expensive, but in my opinion very good alternative, because they have 8 PoE ports plus two dual-personality ports for uplinks and are quite compact. Unfortunately with an external power supply, but also fully managed with SSH and web interface. We use the HP switches for business and are very satisfied with them. The devices also have a lifetime warranty.

If it should be an unmanaged switch, then I use the Netgear GS108PP with up to 120 W, which is sufficient. It is also a POE+ switch and fanless as the power supply is external.
