Is there an amplifier included or how do you connect the system to a TV? the normal BoseSurround always have a connection device with remote control included does this also have this or do you have to buy something else? or are there just the speakers included and you connect them via cable to the old device? Are the rear two speakers via cable or is there something else wireless? thank you for your help...
