Is this a good fridge for a CPU like the Intel i7 12700k?

Sure. If it fits on the CPU and also otherwise in the housing and does not touch the RAM banks, you have a quiet and good fan.

No problems so far.
I work with a separate graphics card. The graphics processor of the CPU does not
active. The temperature display in the bios has not exceeded 70°C so far.
So I don't see any problems!

Your Intel consumes an average of 125 watts and the fan is designed for 150 watts - so it fits in terms of performance and also the socket 1700.

When you game with it, it won't be really loud, because the graphics card will turn up the fans.
I personally find it very good and also quite slim and not too massive. I don't hear it at all when I'm playing games.
