Is this article affected with a sensor problem. https://www.photografix-magazin.de/canon-eos-750d-760d-offizielle-stellungnahme-zum-sensor-problem/ Does this used car have this black spot in the battery compartment?

The serial number of the camera does not start with 01 or 02. I don't see any white dots in the sensor. And in the battery compartment it has a circle, however I am not sure if this is supposed to be the black dot.
