Is this compatible with the Zotec RTX 2080 SUPER Twin Fan? (ZT-T20820F-10P) Thank you in advance!

It appears that the NZXT Kraken G12 is compatible with most 2080 and 2080 Super models.
The ZT-T20820F-10P also seems to use the reference design PCB, therefore mounting a Kraken G12 should be no issue.
