The card runs with a boost tack of max. 2550, which corresponds to the normal tack of a 4080S. However, it can be operated via Auto Tuning. I don't know what else the Nvidia app can tease out of it. The normal 4080 ran on 2510, but it has a dual BIOS. One is called OC (standard) and the other is "Silent". I don't know exactly what you mean by OC. The data corresponds to the data that every 4080S has as far as I can see.

I think the fan curves are set to maximum on OC so that the card runs into "thermal throttling" a little later than normal, which then promises a slightly longer higher performance.
